Mayoral Forum

 

You are invited to attend a Mayoral Forum co-sponsored by The Cookingham Institute, Department of Political Science, Public Adm. Student Assn., Bloch School African American Student Association at UMKC along with the 49/63 Neighborhood Coalition and the Southtown Council. The Forum is Wednesday, February 7, 5:30-7:30pm at Royall Hall Auditorium, 800 E. 52nd St. between Rockhill and Holmes on the UMKC Campus.

The Forum is open to the public and all candidates running on that date will be eligible to participate. The theme will center on the quality of life and racial divides with some pre-selected questions going to the candidates prior to the forum. The forum will be moderated by Dr. Boris Ricks, new faculty member in Political Science whose local government experience includes working for the mayor of Los Angeles.
