Looking for neighborhood association, or community organization contacts? Need to update contact information for your organization to stay in touch with KCMO? Great news - The City of Kansas City has launched Neighborhood Direct, a resource hub for neighborhood groups, community organizations and residents. Neighborhood Direct replaces the outdated, former neighborhood registration process and centralizes access to programs and resources through City Departments and partner agencies. Enrolling in the platform streamlines communication, promotes teamwork, and cultivates resilient, tightly-knit communities. Neighborhood Direct serves to strengthen community engagement and simplify communication between the City of Kansas City and its neighborhoods. Enroll or update your neighborhood or community organization contact information at NeighborhoodDirect.KCMO.org.
Key capabilities of Neighborhood Direct include:
- User-Friendly: Seamlessly register or update your organization's information with ease.
- Neighborhood Directory: Discover comprehensive contact details, social media links and communication information for local neighborhood organizations.
- Timely Notifications: Stay in the know with updates on upcoming programs, funding opportunities for development, public hearings, and neighborhood events.
- Resource Hub: Access a convenient collection of quick links to various resources, including housing options, City funding and grant opportunities, property-related information, permits and municipal codes.
