After 105 years of service in Kansas City, Rockhurst University recently unveiled its latest campus addition, the Pedro Arrupe, S.J., Hall. As a private, liberal arts institution founded by the members of the Society of Jesus, it is the Jesuit tradition of Rockhurst to focus on educating well-rounded leaders committed to serving their communities as “men and women for others.”
Named for the former general of the Society of Jesus, Pedro Arrupe, S.J., Hall was designed around the Jesuit core value of wisdom, and hosts faculty and staff offices, classroom spaces equipped with learning technology, a Roasterie Café, and a 500-seat auditorium for the performing arts.
Rockhurst has made a significant impact on Kansas City as a whole. We are honored to have such a wonderful university in the heart of our city. Thank you for all your work in the community and we look forward to all your endeavors in the future!
