Although there is quite a bit of vacant space along 63rd Street in Southtown due to Nazarene World Headquarters and Cleveland Chiropractic College moving their headquarters out of Missouri, new developments are starting to happen. Have you tried Phil’s Coffee Shoppe and Grill? They are now open at 634 E. 63rd St. serving very large hamburgers, hot dogs, potato and sweet potato fries and more. Check it out.
Recently the office building located at 520 E. 63rd St. received a major facelift. Dr. Roland Sabates is now operating one of his Eye Care Centers out of this location and it looks wonderful!
Traveling east on 63rd St. past The Paseo, is the Metro Shopping Center that was recently purchased. The word is that a major facelift may be proposed soon. Stay tuned for more details.
