Jennifer Boe, Kansas City artist and curator, will present an allegorical solo exhibition on food - specifically meat and potatoes - in a cultural, political and economic context. How to Cook a Wolf opens with an artist's talk at 6:30pm, Friday, Oct. 16 at the Greenlease Gallery, located between Van Ackeren and Sedgwick halls on the Rockhurst University campus, 54th St. and Troost Ave. The exhibition continues through Dec. 12.
