This 1.6 acre property was the old Evans Trent property which was acquired in late 2010. It was immediately cleaned up with the removal of severely over grown brush and trees as well as broken down tractor trailers, old boats, a mobile home and large steel trusses that were all over the yard!

Swope Health South, located at 8825 Troost, opened its doors to the community in December 2010. The 5,000 square foot community medical clinic has completely renovated medical and administrative support space to include six exam rooms, two triage rooms, an on site lab, and a community meeting room.

Four medical providers staff the health clinic, which provides services for adults, OB-GYN and Pediatric patients. Patients are also able to obtain chronic disease management materials and information from the clinic's patient education rooms.
