Those interested in starting a child care business will have a unique opportunity to get significant help in the start up process. The “Developing Your Child Care Business Entrepreneurship Class” is being held this spring through a collaboration between the First Step Fund, the Francis Institute and the Local Investment Commission. The Child Care Business Program trains individuals to open child care businesses in their own homes or in a center setting. A free registration session is scheduled for Tuesday, January 13 6:30 to 9:00 pm, at 3100 Broadway in the Penntower Conference Room. You must attend this session to apply for the class.
